If using SCode Payment option you are required to take your SCode barcode or SMS to a participating Store you chose and complete your Payment over the Counter/ Cashier.
Note: Payment made at the Post Office may delay, you are advised to adhere to the waiting period till the funds reflect on our systems.
Our new payment methods, powered by Pay-Fast, will be responsible for all Direct Debit collections from this date. There’s no action required from you your side as we will be revamping our Systems and the change will not affect the service(s) you receive in any way.
The only change you will notice is that "PAYFAST*SATZ Infinite S" will appear on your bank statement. All your payments will be fully protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
